About Mark

My entirely career has been marketing-focused. I find incredible fulfillment in combining right-brained creativity with left-brained analysis, mixing those into a beautiful tapestry of plans and tactics that drive results for businesses.

For nearly 8 years, I worked for marketing agencies, managing marketing projects and client accounts. This provided experience into the entire breadth of marketing projects and tactics, from full campaign planning to managing digital content, print materials, photo/video, copywriting, etc. This also allowed me many industry touch points like health care, entertainment, food & beverage, and manufacturing, among others.

When I realized that agency projects were typically more surface-level and that clients weren’t as willing to go as deep as I wanted, I transitioned to an in-house marketing role where I could immerse myself into the process of marketing optimization. Being able to connect the dots and see the long-term, business-altering effects of productive marketing strategies, it is here I found a deeper and more profound sense of career fulfillment. It is also here that I found a passion for product marketing.

For more than 6 years I’ve now worked in the aftermarket automotive sector as a marketing manager for a niche performance manufacturer. During my tenure I have completely overhauled marketing efforts. Some of my key highlights are listed below.
